Customer Satisfaction Survey Form FAQs:
CSAT is short for Customer Satisfaction Score. You can provide users with a survey using a 1-5 scale:
Very unsatisfied
Unsatisfied
Neutral
Satisfied
Very satisfied
First, send your customer satisfaction survey form to your customers to collect the data.
When you have some results coming in, it's time to measure your CSAT. To measure CSAT as a percentage, divide the number of positive responses by the total number of responses, and multiply by 100.
What are the positive results? Positive results are answers that are either Satisfied or Very Satisfied.
CSAT Example:
You gathered 100 responses in total. 55 of those responses were either Satisfied or Very Satisfied. In this case, your CSAT score would be 55%.
